Wow. It’s not the system. Everybody is stuck on stupid. Five hour wait with chest pains. And I thought the NHS was bad
Very good experience
Bad
It very nice everyone so nice
Waiting for 3 hours to be seen for an E.R. is outrageous!
Is the worst Hospital I’ve ever been to.
VERY professional clean. and not crowded
Start to finish pleasant experience, caring staff.
Wish I could give less than 1 star
I think this hospital is amazing.
Just go somewhere else. Absolutely awful hospital.
This place needs to be shutdown. Worst experience ever, I would not take my dog here !
They don’t know how to take care of people and get information back to you about stuff.
Awful place so called professional act like children and very hateful wow never will go there again !
Lol I was born here. You guys still have footprints and stuff or you throw an a2ay
This place is horrible i have been there for problems and they couldnt find them or they misdiagnosed! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
Gave me an antibiotic that burned my skin
They are in too much of a hurry to get you out of there instead of caring for all your needs.
At Anderson Hospital they strive to find a way to not accomplish a task rather then determine a way to get it done!
Even the patient advocate can’t be bothered to answer the phone.
I hate that I even have to give it 1 star. Terrible experience. Would never go back there ever again.
This place SUCKS!! Understaffed was in the ER for 4 hours before I even got called back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Was not interested in helping resolve my stomach pain!
Very disappointed!1
Top-notch medical care and staff. Clean facility, friendly personnel and modern equipment.
Never going here again this place was a joke waste of my time didn’t want to help doctor acting like I was wasting his time not friendly at all or helpful waited 5 hours for chest x-ray send me home and still don’t know what’s wrong with me …. smh
Another super bad visit doctors and nurses are careless
Very slow & unprofessional.
I went there for abscessed tooth and irritated throat and the doctor wanted to treat me for high blood pressure on 07/05/17
Horrible!! This place should be shut down.
If I was having an emergency I’d go to my CVS pharmacist before I went here.
Many times to this hospital and great service every time. People need to understand it takes time to heal.
Horrible hospital. Extremely rude nurse. I will make sure to avoid this hospital.
Outstanding care for my sister having a heart attack. Excellent staff, great doctors.
Negative. No medical doctor should tell anyone not to visit a chiropractor. Chiropractor fixed me. Anderson did not.
BROUGHT MY DAD IN WITH A 102 FEVER AND COULDN’T URINATE !!! AT 11:45 AT 4:30 AM STILL HADN’T SEEN THE DOCTOR !!! UNREAL !! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE I SUGGEST YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE. …
They nearly killed my wife with their terrible diagnosis. Thank God we went to Barnes in St Louis. She may not be here if we didn’t.
Go across the river to a real hospital with an extensive network of excellent providers. BJC or SSM needs to buy this place out.
ICU staff were wonderful with my mom and all the family.Could not ask for more than they gave.Outstanding care
The worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Trying to charge me $725 after insurance just to tell me to take tylenol.
They mixed up my test results and told me false information that involved another patient. Worse care imaginable.
A 5 hour waiting list in the ER is unacceptable for any hospital but that is what we experienced at Anderson.
Excellent care of my son while in the ER. Many thanks to the wonderful doctors, PA and staff.
Visit was assisting my Father for a 11am appointment. Things went well.
The services is great here. They got me right back and ran test right way. Better then the other hospitals around town.
They get you in and get out for sure. Each time I went they didn’t run test, just guessed. The same doctor each time.
One of the worst experiences we have ever had at a hospital. From the care to the surprise billing.
Anderson is a stuck up hospital that they can they are stuck up can’t tell people were to go and the docter said to take me off my meds for six months my mom was about to say no at first but now it is good so I am giving them a 3 star
I personally never went inside the building, I talk to someone over the phone and she was very rude and impatient and tried to seem smarter than everyone, between the over the phone service and their rating of 2.5 stars as of writing this review solidifies me never going there
I was in the er 4 hours and are passing stone bleeding and I am still sitting in the lobby they have took 1 person back in 4 hours this is bad
My father went to this ER during a heart attack. The ER staff was very helpful and kind. I am very grateful for the care they gave my dad.
My grandson had stomach problems and we went here to get help for him and we wait for 3 hours no lie!!! That is ridiculous I thought it was supposed to have a faster wait time than I experienced.
The ER is very slow. I see people typing and talking and walking around but they sure are slow to get things done with patients.
The emergency department is a joke. The only thing they’re good at diagnosing is GERD, and half the time they get that wrong too. Go here if you want to die unnecessarily.
This place is horrible !!! Do not care for the patients as they should ! My mom ask a lady to change her bandages she said she couldn’t they are so disrespectful!!
The scheduling clerk and operator were both very courteous and helpful answering my questions. I’m scheduled for upcoming testing and I’m confident this is a great hospital to have it in.
I had called and placed my son on their waiting list in March after he had failed his hearing test and he is 3 years old, after keeping in touch with them calling once a week to check to see how much closer he was to the top of being …
Waited an hour and a half in a pool of my own blood just to be told that I’m probably fine. Ended up having to go to another ER after almost passing out on my way home.
Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and supremely nice! If I ever have to have atrial fibrillation again I hope it’s at Anderson!
Worse hospital I ever been too in my life had too wait six hours in horrible pain finally get too back had the most Rudy’s nurses are ever met did not care about my pain my pain was over a 10 give me nothing but Tylenol doctor came in was …
Called to set up an appointment, but had no doctor, hence, I am 21 years old and never had an adult doctor. Very rude. Never got back to me. I will go else where.
Fell in hospital due to alarm not on in chair had bandage on arm due to fall not changed when discharged in a very weak condition had to return no accident report was taken
Phenomenal service from start to finish. We had such an amazing experience in the Womens pavilion.
Tried to get help for the pain from my wisdom teeth coming in(one had completely fallen apart) doctor talked to me for maybe a minute before deciding I was only there to swindle narcotics.
Me and my family have always been treated professionally here. We have been going for almost 30 years whenever we are sick. Never had a problem.
Honestly I do not know where to begin, this hospital is terrible.
I’ve never seen such a disorganized hospital
The DMV is more efficient, all jokes aside just go to Alton memorial.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. ARRIVED AT THE ER AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A COUPLE HOURS WAIT. EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT THAT MANY PEOPLE THERE. ENDED UP WAITING ALMOST 4 HOURS TO RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF TREATMENT AND IT TOOK ANOTHER 3-4 HOURS BEFORE I …
Most of the time when i was seen here i got good and fast servise but on two occasions one when i miscarried the doctor with dreads was very rude and another time my stomach was feeling weird so i went there and the nurse told me it was …
Wow, absolutely disappointed in this ER visit. If I could give it a zero, I would . This is an ER…. people are ill and not feeling good. All I see is nothing but Doctors and nurses socializing… eating snacks on the floor… rarely checking on patients. Very disgusted!!!!!!
terrible experience, they are slow, rude, might as well class them with gateway in granite city! i will never send anyone or go there again!!!
Security guard in ERE was most useless unhelpful guy i have ever seen. Older man didn’t move for anything or help us show where girlfriend was in the ER. ER staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Terrible place.
No one wants surprise surgeries, but every nurse and doctor I came into contact with was great. I felt informed and cared for during my entire visit.
ER private room was freezing cold. Staff had difficulty drawing blood. Six hours just to NOT receive antibiotics.
Had a couple of strokes in May ’16. Had wonderful care here and can thank them for a month of awesome care as I healed. For a small hospital, they gave a lot of great care
It was very busy. There were lots of people. They recommended me to a specialist and gave me medication. My throbbing headache was gone in two days and I didn’t feel like I was dying anymore. Thank you
Another company looking to feed on our broken healthcare system. I went to a local outlet and was charged over $1000 for a 20 minute visit to see a nurse and the doctor charged $600 to do nothing . Such a shame what American healthcare has become.
Very terrible hospital to go to I been here since 3:30 now it’s 7:00 basically if u don’t come in by ambulance you may not ever be seen. So I guess forget the patients in the waiting room. It’s a damn shame I would not be back even if this is the nearest hospital. They really get no stars from me. They need a whole new staff!!!
I had poor experiences being pregnant in the women’s Pavilion. Go to Mercy where you and your baby will have access to life saving medicine and a nicu.
I had a procedure done Wednesday. Everyone from registration, the volunteers, the nurses, and the technicians were very friendly and professional. I was treated with respect and received great care while I was there.
Horrible experience with care coordinator. From not getting a facilty list until a day after requested to being pushed to make a decision re lo’s care. Would not answer direct questions. Gave rehearsed responses. Good luck to anyone that must use! Horrible.
Pavilion for Women is one of the best units around!
I was in and out of Anderson’s ER in within an hour and a half. The staff was very friendly, and even provided me with a doctor’s note a few days after my visit. I would suggest Anderson to anyone in the area.
The staff was so friendly and kind. Dr Russell is a great doctor. Nurse Nicole was so sweet and a great nurse.
Most of my 20 year experience with them had been they are very emotionally dry to patients. Besides the overly long waits in the ER, I have received blurred radiology reports, misdiagnossis.
My husband was a patient there the nurses and doctors were wonderful. The hospital was so clean we were at. Depaul which was filthy and can not say anything good about them .sraff and all will always use anderson now. Thank you for everything
Went to the E.R. about 4 weeks ago with my 14 year old daughter, they diagnosed her with a sprained knee and also stated she had Osgood-Schlatter’s Diesease (bones are growing faster then her body). Well she continued having pain in her …
Never been very helpful and I try to avoid it (Hard to do when it’s the closest ER!). The Mediline crutches they sell you (they aren’t free) are worthless after two weeks, the rubber ‘sole’ wears out and you might as well being crutching on ice. Good business plan: keep them coming in!
Great hospital don’t believe the winers, yea there’s waiting but in all hospitals the staff is awsome! The food decent but with several choices spend 9 days here and got no complaints and feel sad leaving staff they make you feel at home I would come here if had to, great job anderson!
Dr dr are mean and nasty there . I tell them a reason why about something due the fact im on crutches they just had me sign a release form to leave an not give me my test results .i will not go to this hosptial ER i wouldnt put my dogs in …
My daughter has panhypopituitartism w/lupus, sjhrogons and RA factors and many other issues and many times we are at the ER and there is one PA Hunter who totally dismiss her like there is nothing wrong with her so today her blood doctor …
It was very good besides when the IV wasn’t in my van all the way or something wasn’t right anyway! Because it was pumping into my arm it got so big it woke me up out of my sleep! It happened a couple days & it is still pretty sore! Other than that it was really good for the most part….
Was not a patient exactly, but while driving across the country with my children we realized we forgot a piece of my son’s nebulizer. They were awesome in the ED and helped me get the part I needed without any hassle.
Go anywhere else, even someone’s sketchy basement with a saw would provide better care in at a faster pace. Tests will be messed up by seasoned professionals and nothing will be done to correct the problematic tests unless an outside doctor …
Had a CT of chest Dec 29th, 2017 due to a nodule discovered in my lungs. As I went to have the CT I was informed my insurance was not going through. It was a hiccup on BCBS part, however did not want to wait to get it resolved so I paid …
I went to the ER for the first time after my surgery in 2015 when I swore i’d never come back because of how bad it was and this time they left huge bruises, I was told to ‘be quiet’ while they were wiggling needles around inside my arms …
1st : The old lady at the information booth in bldg 2 is very ride and arrogant. You would think you would have someone pleasant to greet your visitors. As families are already going through stress and dilema …
Would give zero stars if i could called my wifes name while she was in waiting room. Must have some little kid calling names out because heard nothing. She was then not the next person to go was put to bottom of the list. Several people …
Anderson’s hospital “emergency room” is a ripoff. I am just now getting back to running again. They did not even test me with a MRI and talked me into a Useless XRay and the Follow up doctor never returned my Two phone calls. Now I am debt because of this hospital’s shady practice.
I’ve had to experience their Emergency Treatment 3 times and the best I can say is that this hospital should be classified as ‘Hospital 101’…one time I went there with a Ruptured Tricep Tenon, and they refused to do an MRI, stating “We …
A nurse was trying to draw blood while sitting in a rolling chair , reached back for something & the needle snatched out of my arm. The nurse picked it off the floor and stuck the exact same needle in my arm again . I cursed her out and …
Some of the reviews on here are just rude. Even if you feel you had a bad experience, how mature is it to call names? I like Anderson. They have always done a great job any time I have ever been there. I have used imaging, ER and the Women’s Center. All great Experiences…..
It official, I’ve found the most unorganized hospital in the world. Not overly busy but had to draw blood three times. I have been waiting three hours while bleeding internally. Maybe I’ll live long enough to hear my name called. STAY AWAY is my advice
I had never been in an accident until Dec. 19th. What a way to end 2020! A deer jumped and landed on my car, stopping me at highway speeds. I had severe neck pain and a few cuts on my hand. I went by ambulance to Anderson Hospital. Hunter, …
Went there for tonsillitis was miss diagnosed. Went another hospital and found out I have an abscess on my tonsil. Very poor service and the doctors at Anderson could care less about you or anyone else. They will treat you like a drug addict and send you on your way.
Your chances of survival will increase if you DO NOT utilize Anderson Hospital for medical care. There is not enough time nor space on these pages for the weighty tome fully illustrating the innumerable instances of ineptitude. While there …
Went to their ER and was asked more then once for my billing information and scanned our primary and secondary insurance cards. Yet I received a bill for $2500. I called and they updated it but then I received bills from the doctor and …
Some of the negative comments on here, one have to wonder if they really visit the hospital. One of them disagree with is how one person mentioned a nurse put a needle off the floor back into the patient arm. Had my blood drawn today and …
I was at Anderson and got some lab work done. Morgan was on her game and was fantastic to be around during my visit. If everyone had the attitude she puts off, the world would be a better place!
Lied to me personally about Pinworm infection after I had stool testing the nurse told me I was negative for infection in my stool, I was the only one in the ER getting checked for parasites. As I’m walking out I overhear the doctor and …
Firstly, I want to apologize for the lengthy review, but I need to get this off my chest. Because the way the doctors in this ER conduct their work is unacceptable. …
So this is going to fall on deaf ears but the ER is atrocious. Triage is terrible. I know military triage is better. People there since 1430 finally getting tired of waiting and leaves at 1930. We finally left after 3 hours of waiting. There was a guy with known blood clot that was waiting for at least 4 hours. Im glad no one died.
Wanna see a new baby you cant…baby in distress that shouldve been taken by c section a day before..nope…these people wanted to push the envelope instead of delivering my gfs daughters baby now she may not make it…nothing but bullcrap …
Solid 1 star 🌟 PTSD from my experience here. Glad thus is my last child. Would never go here …
Certainly a dangerous experience. If you can make it, GET TO AN HSHS Hospital or Memorial over in Belleville. They cut a nerve on my sister during a procedure for her collapsed lung. Permanent damage to her face and right side of her body. …
We took our 13 month old there for outpatient surgery with Dr. Maher Younes and we had zero complaints. Everyone from the registration to the person walking us out the door were great. I have never utilized the ER or inpatient part of this hospital but the outpatient surgery area was great.
Stay far away from this place if you care about your loved ones or yourself. Short staffed… unprofessional… unable to make simple phone calls. Your best bet is to get to another hospital. There is no competency here.
The only complaint I had was that I never saw a doctor. His name was on my paperwork but I never saw him. And you would think that being told you may have cancer when you went in for a gallbladder problem would warrant Dr. Andrew Russell to …
Brought my daughter to the ER with pain on upper right side & a rash on her stomach. After waiting three (3) hours, she was finally seen by the doctor. She told him about her pain & showed the rash on her stomach. Without examining the …
I see on this site there are some bad experiences here. My heart goes out to those indivduals. I, on the other hand, have not had any bad experiences. I will mention names of individuals because I have had nothing but the “Best” …
My daughter and I visited Anderson Hospital today the front desk service, the nurses, and doctors were all friendly, very detailed, caring, professional, welcoming, overall I have absolutely no complaints. Anderson Hospital staff, thank you for the great service you all are very much needed.
I entered Anderson Hosital emergency for acute pain in my lower right side on Jan 23. I cannot say enough positive things about Drs. Mason and Lane who identified and treated my unusual problem and the great anesthesiologists and nursing staff who looked after me on 2nd floor. The new private rooms are very nice. Thanks to all!
Went in with severe back pain they gave me several medications and discharged me without much relief. The first time I went there for severe back pain they discharged me with the pain med tylonel. I had to go back the next day for some …
If I could give it no stars I would. I brought my son in to the ER because he can’t hear out of his right ear and his ear is in pain. We have been here almost 4 hours and all that has happened is they checked him in the triage and we sat in …
I will never go here again. I went in for a slew of symptoms because my primary care physicians nurse told me to go to the er. The doctor was extremely condescending and discharged me saying that I came in for weakness, which was NOT TRUE. …
I would give this place no stars if I could. There were only 3 employees who were nice at this hospital, one being the front desk lasdy in the er 2nd the insurance person and 3rs the X-ray tech. The nurse and Dr were very rude, the nurse …
Really Really Bad experience. My dad was sent there with severe diarrhea, nausea 10 hours in the ER to be sent back to rehab with a I think it is just a virus. 82 year old man, in hospital then rehab, on a lot of antibiotics, severe …

Strictly speaking of the 3rd shift in the ER; I wouldn’t bring my dog back here if she needed attention. They talked to my wife and I like we were idiots. They dismissed my wife in worse pain than she arrived. They didnt check in to see how …
I’m sorry but this is the absolute worst hospital period. My fiancé had gone there with abdominal pain and back pain with a UTI. They sent her home from the E.R. Twice saying she was fine. The second time she decided to go to a different …

Today was my first time visiting and I was impressed. Everyone was friendly and polite. What really impressed me is that I got Triage really quickly!!! At other hospitals I usually wait about a hr or more just to get triage! The wait was …
If I could give no stars, I would! The nurse was very rude and condescending. The doctor called me a liar when I told her I couldn’t make a fist or rotate my arm. When she sent me for my X-rays they only took pictures of my hand and wrist …
Worst hospital in the world. Dont have a baby here. Families are not welcome to visit.
Disappointing. The Billing Office were very rude and uncooperative. The hospital charges higher than most companies yet offer lower quality. Horrible facility better off going to another hospital.
We had a wonderful experience at Anderson hospital. My 4 year old son has a severe peanut allergy and had an accidental exposure. We had to rush him to the emergency room because his airway was closing. The staff at the front desk was …
Some doctors are competent but others such as Dr. Bogie seem completely incapable of taking care of even simple problems. I went to ER for kidney stones, I frequently get stones and usually don’t need an ER but occasionally go because I …
This place is horrible. I went to visit my friend who’d just had twins and I had my one year old with me. I went in the main entrance and asked for her room number and then directions from the front desk. They told me to just take the …

I went in for surgery yesterday. Preop staff were caring and kind. Staff in recovery were attentive. The nursing staff and CNA’s on duty for the 4th and 5th were so caring. One nurse held my hand while another removed a drainage tube. I …
I have visited several times and found everyone to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The nurses were very attentive and always answered our questions. Everything is very modern and clean. Lastly, I felt empowered by the doctors who always laid out options and helped us make informed choices.
The only reason I am giving 4 star’s is because some of the nurse’s can be rude and I understand that their job’s are stressful and that they might be going thru something no one knows about but still that is no excuse, it is your job to …
I can’t even imagine how intense, difficult, challenging, sometimes just awful working in a hospital would be. I believe these people do it because they have a special, caring heart. I can only hope the feelings of service to mankind and …
I have had a bit of experience with Anderson Hospital over the years being it’s the “local” hospital. Not all of those occasions have been great ones but I did have really great care there last week. …

Delivered our son there 2 years ago and plan to deliver our second little one within a couple months. The nurses in the Pavilion for Women are all outstanding- great bedside manners, supportive, and attentive. Would definitely recommend their labor and delivery department.
I went to this ER after I fell off of a ten foot wall. They did no X-rays on me, didn’t check for a concussion and let me leave. The only reason I even went there was because it was the closest ER to me. The next morning I had to go to St. …

There are too many times to count. The ER department of this hospital is garbage. No bed-side manner, no concern, no empathy. This has happened multiple times over the past 2-3 years. Don’t go here if you actually need to be seen.
Within a year of moving to the area, I had to have an emergency appendectomy mid-pandemic. I received excellent care even on a Sunday when the surgeon’s had to be called in. My PCP has been great as well and gets me in quickly.

Had emergency appendectomy and was scared to death. The reassurance they gave me to feel safe was amazing to get through it. And had my baby girl here. All the nurses were amazing except one. But one out of a team isnt enough to say this place is horrible. Great job Anderson!
If I could give this place a 0, I would. This was one of the most unorganized hospitals I have ever been to. I came in with fainting and shakiness issues. When the doctor asked me what was going on, I never even got the chance to explain to …

I only give 4 stars because it is a rarity that I “Love” anything. I had a hysterectomy on Sept.2 and was admitted for 24 hours. My surgery, my stay, and even my discharge went very smoothly. The 7p-7a nurse was my best friend! She kept me …

My husband had outpatient surgery today by Dr. Wikiera at Anderson Hospital and it was an EXCELLENT experience. Everyone that came to talk to us in preop: the anesthesiologist, the surgeon, the nurse anesthetist, etc., was very calm and …
I had a procedure there yesterday,. I spent the whole time (overnight) in the PICU, adjacent to the ORs. This allows them to do simple inpatient procedures in the age of Covid. The staff was super friendly, but a special attaboy, to Cat …
Going on my 5th day here and will be discharged today. Throughout my experience I’ve dealt with very nice and professional nurses, doctors, and C.N.As. I’m only giving 4 stars due to how slow the ER was to help me and to also admit me. It …
Went here to deliver my 3rd child and it was the worst experience I ever had at a hospital. The first thing that went wrong was it took four different nurses to put in my IV and each one blew my vein. Now I have been to Medical Assistant …
Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Tried to call patient advocate twice and left voice mails both times. Still have never heard back from them. Worst hospital experience I have ever had.
Today my husband had surgery and The staff and Dr Lane were Amazing!!! Of course I could not go in but they put me at ease. When they took my husband down for surgery I was called, when surgery was finished I was called by Dr Lane himself …
I was transported via ambulance to the ER after experiencing symptoms of a heart attack. I arrive with shortness of breath, pain in my chest, left arm, and upper back. The intake nurse was bombarding me with questions even though I was very …
I give zero stars. About 3.15pm, I went to the ER because I had a pain in my left eye and I was reacting badly to my first vaccine shot. On taking my vitals, my blood pressure was extremely high. The nurse told me that my eye and reactions …
Thank you to Dr. Wikiera, Dr. Lane, emergency room nurses and tech, and all her nurses for the excellent care given to my 96 year old mother while she was a patient at Anderson Hospital on September 1-5, 2020. She was admitted for a small …
There is a reason this place has such poor feedback. My 88 year old mother just sat in the waiting room at the ER for nearly 4 hours with severe stomach pain. She is a cancer patient and they could have cared less. No one was allowed to …
I’ve seen paint dry faster then this place 😅 … It’s been almost 5 hours and I’m yet to see a new patient get taken back they are so slow they will do your vitals 2 or 3 times before you are even seen ….this is absolutely outrageous… …
Will never visit this hospital again. My nurse was amazing, she really cared about her job. However the physician assistant was not so caring. She was very dismissive and treated me as if I knew nothing about my own body. She literally …
I would give 0 if it were possible. They didn’t take my registration information. Didn’t address the issue, gave me a prescription for over the counter medicine and told me that coming there was a waste of time. Garbage.
I’m in here and it’s 2am. I ask for a sandwich and they said they don’t have any. I said does anyone else around have any, they said nope. Where did all the sandwiches go and why don’t they have more in the entire hospital.
Terrible experience. Amanda made my father’s last day alive horrible. I felt she was very rude, cold, and dismissive. I firmly believe he didn’t need to die that day. I will never forget his nurse Amanda.
I had an outpatient surgery yesterday and from the time I walked through the doors everyone was so nice and welcoming! I was so nervous because this was my first surgery under anesthesia and the nurses and doctor made me feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Anderson in the future!
Why go through the trouble of having a patient registrar come into the room of a patient in distress to get their insurance information if they’re just going to mark it self pay, resulting in them being sent 10k in bills anyway???? …
This “Hospital” is now, NO LONGER a Community Service Facility. It is NOW, a “FOR PROFIT ONLY” Organization!!! This is THE ONLY reason for rejecting their Illinois Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicaid contract!!! …
I’ve been to numerous hospitals with my kids and family. This is by far the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. My dad is in hospice care on a floor that is pretty empty and secluded. A majority of the staff is cold and not caring. I …
Had the WORST experience here. They did under the bare minimum and it was 100% unacceptable. We will never go here again. It’s sad we cannot have a reliable safe place to go for health care in this community.
I am shocked at the bad reviews on here. I have never met with a more friendly staff than I have at Anderson, I have multiple surgeries, spent two nights there, and have been seen in the ER, during the Covid crisis, and I couldn’t ask for …
I’ve been stuck going to Anderson for years because its the only nearby office my insurance covers, usually it’s not too bad, slow wait times for sure, but I am straight up never going back after my last visit. I went to the office in …
Was sent from urgent care to this location. Was advised to have someone drive me and urgent care called ahead to verify my visitor was allowed in with me. After over an hour waiting on the waiting room they come and say all visitors can …
Between my 2 surgeries and my hospital stay all within the last 2 months I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with everyone I’ve interacted with. Dr. beer done wonderful on my surgery and explaining everything. The anesthesia team …
Arrived at the ER a little after 2am on Monday, April 25th. I was having chest pains. I was quickly taken to a room. Asked by the shift RN some questions, he was cold, rude, and annoyed that I couldn’t understand him because of his mask. …
Took 2 hours to get out of the waiting room and another 2 just to see the nurse. I was there for almost 6 hours and only saw the nurse a total of 3 times. I had to call the nurse multiple times for medication because I was in pain and she …
If you want lazy nurses with attitudes.

If you want your love ones to be hooked up to a IV and the machine keep peeping …
Dr. Chung and his staff were so friendly!! I came to Anderson Hospital to get an appendectomy. All the nurses, from the ER nurses to the floor nurses, were SUPER helpful, responsive to questions, and friendly. Brandy, the nurse that took …
Must admit the wait was long, but, I was impressed with the staff , yes they were busy, I was brought in by ambulance and was made to wait in the ER waiting room for quite a long time but what made my time worth the wait was the staff and …
I was given great care by very wonderful doctors, nurses, techs, etc. Every trip to that hospital over many years has been that way and I have no complaints.
Had hip surgery on Tuesday and was scheduled to leave on Wednesday
I had to stay in a small preop room because of lack of patient rooms
The surgery and overnight went well from what can remember was pretty much out …
What an awful experience. This place is full of lazy people. My wife was pregnant, and she was bleeding way before we arrived. We arrived to Anderson Hospital @6pm. My wife did not get much help, she was still bleeding, and still made her wait for hours. By 1am we were told my wife lost the baby
I realize the medical world is overworked and underpaid…But this ER for pediatric here is a joke. Plus if something is truly wrong with your child they can not admit them. The lack of empathy to their patients is disgusting!. ..I just …
A HOSPITAL THAT REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPRIMAND THE HORRIBLE DOCTORS AND NURSES HERE. …
Came in for CT……Seems a waste of time to go to an urgent care (Gateway) first, who did an hour and a half of tests, because Anderson repeated all the tests that were an hour old instead of giving me the CT Scan I came in for. If I had …
Nobody likes having to go there…but the hospital overall generally provides sound basic services. Been to the ER a few times and no complaints about the speed or quality of care. Friendly staff that does their best.
If I could give zero stars I would.
I came into the ER on a Friday afternoon per my primary care doctor for what I …
The hospital has to take a serious action with it’s employees. The employees are irresponsible. My wife is pregnant and she had a severe problem . They put us on hold for +5 hours ! . I went to the receptionist to tell her that the …
I was scheduled for a manipulation under anesthesia on October 11, 2022 so I checked in at 11:30 am to begin the process. I had decided to wait to take medication for pain, which had been approved prior to the procedure, as I felt the …
If negative stars would be available I rate this hospital a neg 5. My husband in ICU. Was kept on ketamine and with held water or food when the only reason to with hold food and water was because they had him on ketamine. …
My mom had a nasty fall in the parking lot at Dollar General in Maryville. A customer called 911 and she was taken to Anderson Hospital because it was close to where she was. She was extremely dizzy and nauseous. The doctor and the PA that …
I was here earlier today for an appendectomy. They admitted me last night and took care of me right in the morning. The nurses on the third floor today, Kelsey, Eva, and April, were all fantastic and very nice!! Kelsey helped me especially …
Poor decision making as our loved one was declining and and in the process of passing away, with several rooms available/empty on her floor, they had my grandmother with a roommate for the days. Made it very difficult to have your final …
My son was homeless at the time he had a seizure. He was taken to Anderson Hospital. I cannot express my gratitude for the amazing care he has received. not only “TOPNOTCH” medical treatment but such personal and loving care! THANK YOU All from the bottom of my heart!

The staff was great! But the 1 star is for the billing. I have called several times and even had to request an itemized bill. I sent 300$ of toward a bill. I got a new bill in the mail and the balance did not add up. I was told they …
