My account has been messed up and no one has reached out to me to address this issue.
My family and I have always had a pleasant experience there. The staff are very helpful and pleasant except for one person who no longer works there.
Not ready for prime time, I deposited a cashier’s check for 20k on the 24th of last month. This morning I discovered that they have frozen the amount of the check and all the money on deposit previous to the 20k check being deposited. Its impossible for the Cashier’s Check to not be paid 14 days later. Amount available, “0”.
Don’t understand why all the reviews of this place has been deleted, probably because there was too many 1 stars. This is literally one of the worst run FCUs in the area. They aren’t very helpful and treat you like a child. This is unreal from a professional institution, especially being the corp branch.
Pathetic customer service and online banking experience of my life. None of the customer service staff is willing to help you out in any ways, as if they are just their to warm the chairs and bounce your call from one customer service agent to another just so nobody has todo any work.
Worst bank experience I’ve ever had!!! The teller was super rude and feisty with me while I attempted to explain my deposit to her, she even walked away in the process of me still speaking. I asked for a manager, thankfully she wasn’t as unprofessional. Unfortunately, it took me over 30-min to make a simple deposit.

Hard to get in touch with them! There is not a direct line to any of the branches, you get shuffled around only to have them call internally to relay your questions. Any business that wants to pride themselves with customer service needs open line of communication to the department you need. It’s a poorly run business!!
Unlike other reviewers, I actually had a pleasant experience here. They were following Covid protocols, which I appreciated and the teller and manager were very friendly. I was also greeted when I entered. I had a complicated transaction and they were patient and went out of their way to help me get it done.
The greeter was rude. I was really shocked because normally the staff is exceptionally friendly. I feel if you’re having a bad day,, it happens to us all…you should consider taking a mental health day if possible because being rude is totally unacceptable.
Poor service, takes forever to get someone on the phone. Biggest issue is they constantly change the way you can pay your loans, which is a huge inconvenience.
