Never sent any bill to my wife.Never did they call and sent directly to collections.The collections called us and they also don’t send anything in written.We don’t even know if the call we received from collections was genuine or fraud.But her credit report shows collection record.
Never got a bill/call or anything notice from them. Next thing i know, im getting a notification on my credit score that they sent my bill to collections. Terrible smh
