As with the other reviews….DO NOT USE. They over charge and unwilling to assist with anything. Ask your doctor if this is who they are using….if they use this practice….change doctors 🙂
I had a procedure at Morristown Medical Center and was nervous about going under anesthesia. The anesthesiologist was caring and spoke with me prior to the procedure to explain the process. I appreciated that he took the time to reassure me.
Folks.. “K” is right on the money. I had no complaint about their professional service – but if you don’t want to be hounded incessantly about your billing and manipulated into paying more than you agreed to, don’t do business with these folks – I will NEVER work with them again as a result of their deceitful billing agency.
No stars. Not one. DO NOT DO business with this office! My insurance company was charged $5000 which they are still fighting me for for ONE HOURlight anesthesia in the hospital! Gluttonous charges! They take advantage of people in their worst circumstance .

I have set up to pay them in bimonthly installments…they are getting money…and they are STILL THREATENING TO SEND THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS. Apparently small incremental payments are not cost effective for THEM. Stop sending me so much mail and cash my checks and LEAVE ME ALONE, then you’ll at least save in postage.

Listen to all these people saying to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their billing department is completely incompetent and perhaps mentally delayed.
Very aggressive billing. Wife sent to collections for a two month old bill for $25.
Would give 0 if possible, these guys don’t respond to any calls from patients or insurance. My claims have been denied due to this.
