Patient billing is a nightmare they send you out to collections without ever sending you a bill and did it even when they received payment and cashed the check now can’t even get in contact with anyone to clear this up due to their error. Also the bill was less then $65.00. Terrible billing department.

I’d give less than 1 star if it let you! Terrible billing department, my bills are paid and I get a notice from collections agency for a missed bill, call the company and get the itemized bill that clearly shows I paid said bill and call back to argue it and get put on hold to have no one ever come back to me. All for $121.
