I have never received a bill from them I hit my out of pocket at the beginning of the year so not sure what is going on but sent me to collections when I havent seen a bill
Same story – bad billing communications and very quick to send to collections. Bad business practices but what do they care – patients don’t have a choice.
Never sent a bill. Never received the call. Out of nowhere receive a collection letter from them. When to make a payment with them. they declined to take the payment and told me to pay the collection agency.
Didn’t know that my doctor consulted this company for anesthetic matters. Just received a letter from collection company. Meanwhile I thought that the bill I have from the hospital was the only bill for my surgery. Boom I got a letter from collection company. I will never recommend them. I hope I have a choice if there is next time.
