This place is very dangerously go to. I was going for 15 yrs seeing Dr Gammel. After this doctor left. You see no one. You go in take a urine test & leave. How is this legal.
Just very unprofessional and they have no compassion. They discharged my stepdad for such a unknown reason. They have a few people there who are professional but as for the rest forget it. And good luck if you’re trying to get in tough with head nurse Ashley.
I’ve seen Dr. Rabalais twice. The check in/out has been both professional and polite and I dont think I could even ask the nurses or Dr. Rabalais for a more thorough, informative and compassionate bedside manner.
They only care about the money Not about the person well being. $250 for paperwork! Omg, can’t even get an appointment until balance is paid in full. How I’m suppose to get back to work and make the money with the paperwork. I’m Not on Medicaid or Medicare. I get nothing free here.
Dr. Martin has always been more than kind and helpful, while being sympathetic to my needs. His personaliity is unmatched to any other physician I have encountered.
According to my wife’s doctor she needs pain management because of the new legislation passed for prescribing pain meds . She just had emergency neck surgery due to spinal cord damage , went to see dr Rabalais … the doc was fine however …
Been going here for 2 years, was seeing Dr Taylor but he retired, will be seeing Dr Rabalais but until then seeing Nurse Practitioner Angela Morrison, love her, so nice, polite and thourough, no complaints so far. Hope Dr Rabalais is just as good as the rest
