Anna Jaques Hospital Reviews ( 119 )

  1. Worst customer service. They schedule you an appointment, you show up and no appointments. You try to make an appointment and they want to make it out it be all your fault. Real nice.

  2. Fake job interview years ago. Took time off work. Went through interview process and after an hour I was thanked for coming in but they already filled position. They said they had to reach a certain number of interviews.

  3. Just went in for a Septoplasty on Friday, entire staff from start to finish were kind, courteous, and friendly. Really appreciate their attentiveness, made my postop experience very comfortable.

  4. Worst hospital. YOUR METHODS ARE OUTDATED AND YOUR HOSPITAL STAFF IS TOO. THEY NEED LESSONS IN A BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER. Young girl at registration needs to grow up and learn how to talk to a potential patient. Shameful hospital.

  5. Emergency dep’t good but if want see MD for something less than life threatening, must wait several hours. They want these types ailments tracked to NP; the one I saw was unimpressive, poor treatment plan.

  6. Don’t bother going if you’re an addict seeking help or have mental health issues they will literally treat you like human waste. Especially the emergency room nurse who has a David bowie/Joan jett mullet.

  7. Worst hospital. My brothers throat was closing and he couldn’t breathe in and they made him wait. They didn’t catch my grandmothers collapsed lung. Made me wait 6 hours with an open head wound to get staples. Never go to this hospital.

  8. HORRIFIC emergency room experience. Was not even seen by doctor he left at 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon and told us to come back Monday! I had a crushed bone and was sent home! Next day was rushed into emergency trauma surgery in Boston. Will NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN.

  11. Honestly one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever been to the security guards were so rude they were talking about other patients loudly laughing and swearing very unprofessional especially for the hospital. Also there inpatient for children is probably one of the worst out there.

  12. Go to Exeter Hospital. If your not dead when you walk in. You may be when you leave. Rude staff. Dirty filthy facility. Plus they ASSume they know your body better than you do. Horrible! Won’t send my enemy or pet there

  13. Tried to send me home when I could not walk due to a movement condition. ( well you were fine when I triaged you and we need the bed) The nurses and PA’s need to be more informed about rare conditions even when provided information. …

  20. Went in suffering from a UTI, they were gentle & understanding; put me on the right antibiotic, too … they did a better job than my own urologist does. What an amazing little place stuffed away in a place you’d never expect!

  21. I had knee replacement surgery and a 3 day stay in the hospital. Dr. Matteos and surgical team were awesome, I couldn’t have got better care from them and the hospital staff the whole stay there. I’ll have my other knee done there too.

  22. ER doctors and nurses are in desperate need of sensitivity training. They accuse all women of having anxiety, even if their Cardiologist told them to go to the ER. We are not anxious. We just want fair and unbiased medical treatment.

  31. I don’t even want to give this 1 star! What happened to this hospital it used to be a good caring place. Now every experience has been awful. My husband was to be admitted on Friday and was told by his physician to go to ER and he would …

  32. Going into 6th hour, waiting for a crisis counselor for my client. Still waiting. Toilet filthy. Not once in6 hours has anyone checked or cleaned. Nurses all congregated at office area. I would never recommend this we.

  35. I went to the ER a few weeks ago and I couldn’t believe how filthy it was. I was so appalled that I left. No regard for Covid protocols with bare minimum cleaning efforts. I will never step foot in there again. I’ll make the trip to Boston or Lahey.

  66. I gave birth here in March and it was the best experience. I definitely am planning on coming back if I have more children. Our nurses and cleaning staff were beyond amazing.

  67. I get very offended that I am asked my pronouns in front of everyone. I’m upset that questions being asked like that in the open. They should be on a form and kept private. Just because some people are triggered by stuff doesn’t give them the right to trigger others on stuff they struggle with.

  68. The emergency room doctor was extremely snobby and rude tonight she accused us of smoking inside the hospital wich is absolutely something I would never do you guys really need to get new ER doctors who know better completely unacceptable they way she was talking to me

  69. Nurses were awful, get ready to wait 3+ hours with a fish hook stuck inside your nail and watch people that just walked in get in a room before you. And when you try and talk to someone, get attitude for it. Never coming to this hospital ever again.

  70. I’m amazed they have a 2.0 rating. If I could rate them negative I would. Kept calling and mailing me for $70.00 for a radiology services which was part of a $35,000 workers comp claim. My worker comp insurance company tried to pay it …

  71. Terrible treatment, Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. They treat everyone as if they are an addict and offer pain meds to make you go away. Over heard other abusive treatments of patients in the ER as well, disgusting. Lucky I didn’t die in their care this week. I’ll never go back ever.
