Annapolis Internal Medicine Reviews ( 48 )

  1. GREAT care….the long lines and waits and times to make appointments suck…my doc Friend retired he was a 10…his replacement is also very very good…the practice has grown so much both doctor and patient wise over the last 20 years….they have every type of doc you would need now.

  2. I have tried 4 times to schedule an appointment, over a course of three days to no avail. You are put on a lengthy wait on the phone, either to have them hang up, or for them to pick up and “not hear you” followed by another hangup. Then you get to repeat the 30 minute process all over.

  3. All they care about is the copay they make you pay even if you have a flex pay account. Been in many times and still cant get my name right, if you can find some other doctors office that has a better bed side manner.

  4. Big fan of Dr. Woods. Wait times can be a bit much, but I know they’re always swamped with patients. The doctors and nurses have always been informative, helpful, and professional.

  5. They just turned my daughter away from urgent care because the wrong doctor’s name was on her insurance card & then said she is an inactive patient because she hasn’t been there for a year and a half. Completely unethical.

  6. Class act. From the front desk staff to the Physicians – they have all been great to me and my employees that have been seen there. They take the time with you and do not make you feel rushed. Keep up the good work AIM!

  7. Very attentive group of doctors. Spend time with you and answer all your questions.. up to date on the latest research.. we love our doctor.. she’s smart and very responsive. We’ve been with her for the last 8 years. Thank you AIM.

  8. Dr. Rita (Ganesan) Shkullaku is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is highly intelligent, efficient, on-time, caring, and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend her and the whole office.

  9. Dr. Hamilton is utterly lacking in empathy and understanding of his patients’ situations. Will give bizarre advice ranging from the pseudo-medical to ill-advised financial suggestions. Will prescribe “exercise” as the end-all panacea to …

  10. My doctor is Dr.Woods , he is the ONLY reason I stay with this practice . I have alot of trust in his opinions as a doctor concerning any issues that I have . Other than that ,….they do not answer the phones , even if you select the …

  11. I have only been a patient for 10 months. I have had good experience until the last 2 weeks with a pre-authorization request for my daily medication. …

  12. I went to the Walk in Clinic on March 8 as I was sure I had a bacterial sinus infection and I wanted to nip it in the bud. CRNP Heather Travis advised me my symptoms were viral and recommended several remedies – I was truly amazed how much …

  13. I have been a patient of this practice and Dr. Goldstein for over 30 years and am very pleased with Dr. Goldstein’s care. I love the portal; even non-urgent messages are promptly returned. The walk-in clinic is a tremendous addition to the practice. Am impressed that wait times are minimal.

  14. Maggie Wilson is absolutely wonderful and a true gem. I am so grateful and thankful that she works at Annapolis Internal Medicine. Forever grateful for her and all that she does and has to do. Thank you ever so much Maggie!

  15. After years of casually being told “you know you have a heart murmur”–with no further information, follow-up, or even a referral to a cardiologist—long waits and a doctor who barely looks up from his computer, I finally convinced my …

  16. Did my research and heard good comments about Dr. Abraham, Groszkowski and Woods. Called to make an appointment as a new patient and the only doctor accepting new patients was Dr Woods…the first appointment was a half a year from now…in March and here it is the end of September! Guessing this is a good practice.

  19. I feel I receive the highest level of care at this practice. I feel listened to, and I always feel I receive good clear instructions on what I need to do to stay healthy. I have also been to the walk in clinic, and felt the staff there was excellent too.

  20. I’ve been a patient at this practice for years and the thing that’s kept me there are the nurse practitioners at the walk-in clinic. They are always courteous, thorough and willing to listen to me and my explanation of whatever is ailing me …

  21. I switched to Annapolis Internal Medicine when I moved to the Annapolis area a couple of years ago. Their medical care is great as is their responsiveness. When I visit their office, I feel like less like a patient and more of a customer. The staff clearly enjoy their jobs, which is refreshing.

  22. Today was my last bad experience with Annapolis Internal Medicine as I am changing practices immediately. Having been a patient since 2006 but rarely needing to go to the doctor (I’m 32 years old and see my OBGYN regularly), I show up at …

  23. I have been a patient for many years but I have had bad experiences on the last couple of visits with excessive wait times of an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Today I called to make an appointment, and I hung up after waiting …

  24. My physician Dr. Groszkowski has been consistently spot on with diagnoses and advice for 5+ years with my care. Dr. Milne Krohn cared for my mother for about 4 years at the end of her life. She was VERY responsive to her and took the time …

  25. Trying to call the office to make an appointment at 1000 am on a Wednesday. I’ve been on hold for nearly 45 minutes without speaking to a single person. Guess I won’t be finding out how any of the doctors are.

  26. I wouldn’t recommend this practice. My primary care doctor referred me to this practice to see the endocrinologist. The first available new patient appointment was 2 months from when I scheduled. After waiting 2 months to be seen, 2 …

  27. Dr O’Neil dropped me knowing how difficult it is to get another primary care doctor, it’s a 4 to 6 MONTH WAIT! After 30 days my medications ran out & Dr O’NEIL REFUSED TO RENEW IT!!!! This is medication that I need to live. Without it I …

  28. I just called to schedule an appointment with my doctor and was treated so rudely by the representative. I cannot fathom having someone like that interact with patients who may be dealing with daunting medical issues causing them enough …

  29. I can’t speak to their doctors, having little experience with them, but their nurse practitioners are fantastic and the staff is friendly and helpful! I’ve had several great experiences with this place, highly recommend!

  30. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Abraham’s for about 4 years or more and wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. He truly cares about me and my health. I’m sure his other patients feel the same. He’s very responsive to messages and always fast with …

  33. Office staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve suffered from a chronic condition for years and, compared to the many other doctors I’ve seen, Dr. Abraham (my PCP) is knowledgeable, respectful, methodical, and a clear communicator. Definitely gets my endorsement.

  34. I love Dr. S but the staff does not know how to use a phone. I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment due to a flat tire and try to call to let them know I was still going to come and see if Dr. S could still take me. Sat on hold …

  37. Just called to see if I could move my new patient appointment around and was treated like garbage by the staff. That was the most unprofessional encounter I’ve had with someone in a very long time. Won’t ever know if the doc is any good because I’d sooner go to no doctors office than this one.

  38. Dr. Stephen Hamiton is my physician. He is friendly, caring, helpful and as far as I am concerned, the best! He is available and never keeps one waiting. His staff is also as friendly and as helpful as the Doctor. All of them make a visit a pleasant experience.
