Never can ahold of them when the power goes out
Bad phone etiquette. Very rude and makes you feel like a second class citizen. They seem to act privileged because they are city employees. They also are conducting business in the flint stone area.
They say that an hour after they open is too late to come out and measure your usage and you will have to wait a few days and get charged for the intervening time
