  19. If it is cloudy or foggy outside, you could see DAYS without any internet connection whatsoever. If you want to pay for the price of 100MB internet but only get 5MB internet, this provider is for you. The worst internet I’ve had across 5 different providers, so a 1 out of 5 is only a fair rating here.
