Plans power outages at midnight when its 30 degrees outside and knows most use electric for heating.
Staff not knowledgeable about paperwork when someone passes away. They all have different opinions on what to do.
Anza Electric is the most unreliable utility company. Too many unexplained and unannounced outages.
Horrible customer service. Very inconsistent and they take very long to resolve simple issues. They disconnect my internet for no reason from time to time and it would take about a month until they get back to me. VERY disappointed. Would never want their disappointing unprofessional service again.
Great service, great staff. They work hard all week and still organize a monthly food drive that the community benefits from, which puts them over the top of any company!
