Terrible company. Don’t work with you they work against you, always rude to customers but what can I do they are my only choice thanks for screwing the working man
They raised our rates because customers were not using enough water . In a state where water is at a premium this so irresponsible it’s beyond any words that I have
They keep changing the due date… its aggravating because I have it set up in my bank account to pull out and the last 2 payments we have been penalized with a late fee… seriously pick a date and stick with it…

Showed up to pay my bill on the due date and the process was quite painless….The customer service was just fine..They may be the only game in town but they have a job too do..They made it very easy too plan ahead too..
