Although the wait in the waiting room has increased since I first started going there (7 or 8 yrs ago) I never wait long in the exam room and everyone is very nice and efficient.

Honestly, I love that this office is right down the street from me but they have some of the most rude employees at this location. It seems to me that the Mentor location is better in that regard.

Terrible experiences time after time. Long wait even with appointments. Bad customer service with returning calls. Dr. Novotny loves prescribing fancy compound meds that insurance won’t pay for instead of just prescribing commonplace meds.
