After speaking to 2 reps the best service APEX offers is an approx 6:30pm automated robo call who gives you a 3 hour appointment window for next day. You can accept or cancel with a message. I canceled left 2 messages and received another automated robo call for a 3 hour appointment window for the next day! 😮 incredibly poor service …
The lab is very good and the staff are caring and really try to help you. They do a great job and offer a much needed service by going out to help the patient who cannot get out to a lab facility.
I would give zero stars if possible. Have never been able to use them because they cannot schedule an appointment. First of all they give you a three hour window. Then the night before they are supposed to show they change it. Their scheduling and communication process is a joke.

I advised the staff person that I have to fast and I have cancer. Nevertheless they gave me an appointment between 11-2 which is very difficult for me. When I called to see when the tech would be here, I was told they do not accommodate fasting patients. This was not told to me previously. This company is not patient friendly.

I will not use this lab again. I asked for the labs to be done ANY day of the week between 9am and 2pm while my Mom has help. They scheduled it for 2pm to 5pm. I had to leave work. We would be better off to schedule an appointment and I take her to it.
I have been receiving services from them for over two years and have never had a problem. Usually one or another of the two techs that cover they area. Due to medication it’s a timed test and they do there best to come at the correct time. Get message night before and office staff is helpful.
