If you need geniune help with your power problems then don’t bother trying to ask them, but if you’re just a little bit late on your bill you can bet they will cut your power and hunt you down like a bloodhound.
Absolutely terrible service. Power outage all day long and it’s a clear day. I call to try and get information after 6 hours without power and they don’t even have an estimate for how long it will take. Worst electric company I’ve ever had.

The website is a broken piece of garbage. I love having to take time out of my day to come pay the bill in person because it rejects my payment online but yet it still reflects in my bank account.
After yet another storm power was out for 4 hours but these guys go th it back on pretty quick it’s a thankless job but thanks for your job to restore power once again but think a whole generator is comin soon

They cut my power off due to a billing discrepancy . Went and spoke with Scott Tipton explained my spouse has cancer and can’t be in 97 ° heat I even offered to pay a deposit . Our bill jumps around so much with no difference in usage each month. Extremely expensive. I seldom use power thru out the day and our bill is sometimes $180 a month. One month it’s $130 then the very next month $165. Insane.
Would not wait one more day until I got paid until they turned off my electric. My bill is insane every month and I always pay without fail! Poor customer service today indeed!
Possibly the worst electric provider in all of East Tennessee with outages that should be easily fixable within 2-3 hours max takes up to over 10 depending where you live at a rate which seems the work efficiency is almost negligent with how slow anything is done
Gets really old that their web payment system is never stable enough to use. If you let yourself get close to cut off, make sure you dont have to work or other plans you cannot shift to fit their hours and show up in person with cash, because their system not working worth a damn isn’t sufficient grounds to avoid reconnect fees.
