Took my phone there and told her I would like to put it on prepaid, she fixed it right up for me, real nice and friendly to the customers, I really liked the way she had her finger nails done, looked real pretty, I told her they were pretty to lol.

I have been charged for unlimited data and did not authorize that choice. I have been paying for this service since February 2019. I have used only 1 gb and had signed up for 3. Appalachian wireless added that feature with out my knowledge. Horrible business practices. I’m old and have a hard time reading my bill. Shame on you.
