  3. They had me wait 30 minutes to tell me I couldn’t be seen and would have to come back another time. What an odd business choice. I would have just told the customer they couldn’t be seen instead of making them wait while I wasted their time just to then tell them I wasn’t going to help them. Weird power move.

  4. You won’t find any live tellers at the branch office here. Teller service is automated or provided via video conferencing at the kiosks. Services that cannot be completed in the typical ATM fashion are completed via video by a remote teller in an office upstairs.

  10. For auto loans you should avoid. They hit you with crazy front loaded interest fees. Also hit you with other fees you can’t fight even with supporting documents. Bad customer service.

  14. Every time I’ve been there, the staff have all been helpful.
    It does seem, for such a large branch, that there isn’t many staffs. So, I can easily see that when the branch gets busy, people may get stuck waiting for a bit longer than they might expect.
