Greedy company in the business of stealing public parks and land trusts and closing them to public use. They fail to maintain or steward the areas for the local community.
ZERO STAR… The most horrible company on Earth. No customer service whatsoever. They keep leaving notices but never show up on time, then all of a sudden shut off the water disregarding the welfare of the person inside. I hope they go bankrupt or shut down by PA, I’m reporting them.
I had to call Customer Service three times to even get my bill. I asked each time to have it mailed to my billing address but still they have not done that. Incredibly rude and impatient staff. They just said, sorry I’m sending you to another rep. Start all over again.
How are we supposed to email customer service about a bill if none of their links work? I set up a payment plan with them and my bill doesn’t reflect that. They need to fix their website (which isn’t loading) and links.
Marquita was helpful thank you. But I dont understand why is my bill is always the same amount every time regardless if I use or not use my water. I dont think that right. If u going to charge me the same amount can you include trash/waste services. This will be very helpful for the community

They shut off my water over a $121.48 bill. $50 turn on charge. People in the city have delinquent water bills in the thousands but forget to pay aqua and find a shut off notice on your door when you are out of town.
My account has a credit balance , but Aqua America found it simple to shut down my water line at least for couple days because the company wanted to upgrade a water meter. It seems there is no one there to think as a human being.
I sold my home, closed my account after auto payment had processed. They then sent another bill to a collection agency. They didn’t bother calling the phone number or email on file. Completely incompetent people.
Very incompetent billing department. Had several discrepancies on my bills throughout the past months. Nearly impossible to get someone to correct THEIR mistakes. Aqua Customer’s, please double check your bill, even if you think its correct
