  13. Our water meter was broken when we moved in. They didnt notice for several months. In the end they charged us over $3000 for water usage. Then cut our service when we couldnt pay.

  14. Aqua just submitted a request to raise water rates 24%!!!! example they used was a connection using 4080 gallons a month would go from a $55.80 bill up to $69.07. that is over $150 a year difference. Scumbags

  15. Had no problem setting up my new water service when moving into my new home in Chester County. They were even able to explain the billing on my Sprinkler System very clearly.

They tell me no one from Aqua is available until Monday and Its Friday night. Have to go back to my other house. Worst customer service.
