  4. This utility is the worst in every way, reminds me of Ma Bell before the break up (“We may be the only phone company in town …”). Non-responsive, arrogant, archaic and no sense of service or helpfulness at all … in my opinion.

  11. Worst water ever water is always a tea color has stained the tanks in my toilets can’t drink it, can’t cook with it, can’t bathe in it because it doesn’t look clean.
