This utility is the worst in every way, reminds me of Ma Bell before the break up (“We may be the only phone company in town …”). Non-responsive, arrogant, archaic and no sense of service or helpfulness at all … in my opinion.
They refuse to regulate water pressure so when your hot water heater cracks from high water pressure way earlier than it should. Now you know why.
Wish there could be a zero stars , There is no organization whatsoever, I called to check the status of my new service 6 times already in the last 3 weeks and no one could give me a straight answer, I wish Aqua will hire a new manager and clean house since existing management does not care and work.

Came home Monday evening to find water was cut off even though I had dropped payment in their box Saturday morning. And had to pay $60 reconnect fee. ;(
