I called about a warranty question and spoke with a person who was supposed to be a manager. She was very nasty and rude. Terrible customer service, condescending attitude. I would never do business with this company.
I didn’t hire them, just had them give me an estimate for an egress window ($3-4K more expensive than others). If you have them out, expect them to keep calling and calling and calling….and calling.
This is a solid company. Tony and JR were super nice and honest. They did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
I suppose not getting the estimate in writing was okay since it was way too expensive. Do not recommend wasting your time with this company.
