  1. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Leanne is consistently rude and condescending. She should not be working in a customer service role.

  2. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes to find out the hours on new years eve. Didn’t ever get an answer so I just showed up and they were closed. Happy New year time for a new bank.

  3. I would give zero stars if I could with all of the problems I have had the last few months. Check your accounts! Arbor is charging ODP fees even with positive balances!

  5. I have been a long time member, but HATE the new online banking. It is very difficult to access. getting into it with out a customer service rep is impossible.That means if you are trying to bank online during off hours, you are out of luck!

  9. I am incredibly disappointed in the new online bill pay options and the inability to make payments from outside institutions. This was one of the reasons I previously liked ECCU. I will not be doing business with them once I have my loans paid.
