When Wells Fargo took two mortgage payments from me in one paycheck then claimed to have not received the money AZCU went to bat for me. They walked me step by step through the process, waved fees, and followed up with me.

I would usually use Chase bank but after so many dumb fees I switched. This credit union doesn’t seem to want to steal my money and even have a point system in place to waive fees.
I tried to refinance and they did not give me a valid reason for denial besides the fact that they liked me paying a higher interest rate. I’m trying to get a hold of someone higher than Lynn Mitchell (regional manager) but they refused to give me any information
There is not a way to access their fee schedules and how the fee’s are accumulated on their website. when calling the call center to find out about the fees, prepare to be hung up on. 5 out of 6 phone calls we would just get into the issue, and they wouldn’t have an answer so they would just hang up.
The service here is excellent. I started a new account at this location and my account representative (Justin) was very professional and set up my account in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a bank with excellent customer service this is the place to go to!
