Arkansas Methodist Medical Center (AR) Reviews ( 92 )

  1. Not recommended. Very in & out WHICH IS GOOD but, Doctor didn’t want to hear any questions we had about my son. He would literally cut us off in the middle of the question, just to finish the survey on his phone then show results & leave. No heroes working here☹️ He didn’t even know what was actually going on.

  2. Hate it, it’s a first aid center at the most, if you have a scratch and in need if a band aid maybe but even that’s not worth the 5 hour wait just to get to the back,, if you want to live, go elsewhere,

  3. I WOULDN’T TAKE MY DOG THERE!!! LAYED IN THE FLOOR FOR 6HRS!!! ER. COULDN’T EVEN SIT IN A CHAIR DUE TO A WORK-RELATED INJURY!!! THE IDIOT DOCTOR, GAVE ME PAINKILLERS AND SENT ME BACK TO WORK, WITHOUT EVEN ONE, MRI,CT SCAN, NOTHING BUT AN X-RAY! THIS DERELICT, CAUSED ME TO INJURE MYSELF WORSE, AND PERMENENTLY!!!

  4. Try St Bernards in Jonesboro for anything more than tests or basic first aid. The waits here are long, and the medical staff are no better than in those NEA clinics, (probably worse) because here, you never know who the doctor will be and the care for anything other than minor problrms is far too inconsistent.

  5. I do NOT recommend, I had my son here and it was a terrible experience!!! They need to close this place down!!!! Doctors didn’t even check me or come talk to me before discharge , if you can go to Jonesboro way better hospital!!!

  6. I had an allergic and when there since 10:45 and they make me wait until 2 o’clock AM it’s ridiculous ! I almost walk off and another surprise is they only checked my chest and my bill is total 2200$ 😓😓😓 that’s rip me off I wish I could …

  7. Full of quacks. The only good thing I can say about this place is about the obgyn I go to here. The ER SUCKS. You have to get mad and threaten a lawsuit for them to do anything right, otherwise they won’t treat your symptoms seriously, you …

  10. They were fantastic.. The night I came to the E. R. having a heart attack they were very fast, explained everything that was being done & why it was being done… To the best of my ability to understand… saved my life… Next few days as inpatient were great also.

  11. I went to the hospital in Paragould because I have tattoos they treated me like I was a drug user and took a long time to just run test but after my test came back showing I was telling the truth the quickly changed the level of care I received its not right to make someone sit and suffer because they judge you wrong

  21. Their care does not consist of pain medication, period. You will be sent home in pain. One would think, the policy would be to admit the patient. Relieve the pain. If policy is to not write a prescription. A patient should never NOT be …

  39. This emergency room is a joke. For the second time since I have lived here, I showed up to the ER at 430 a.m. I knew I had bronchitis and I was thankful I was catching it within 24 hours. Instead, I was greeted with assumptions that I …

  40. A receptionist is at the entrance to help direct patients to their perspective Doctors’ office location within the hospital. The nurses were very helpful to answer any questions we had regarding the procedure process. One even referred us to a local seafood place to eat at between appointments. This was greatly appreciated!

  45. They didn’t have my grandpas best interest. They should have seen the signs of him coughing and new that it would develop into an illness. whoever nursed my grandpa, did not do it right. they directly caused sadness for my family. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE FOR HELP.

  46. I can not believe I just called to see about getting a covid test. I had no taste or smell for a few days, now I’m having a hard time swallowing and cough sounds like a deep bark and is so painful. I was told to come in and it’s up to …

  48. Can’t figure out why everything seems to move so slow here. From ER to getting released off the floor. Was told over 3 hrs ago my mother was being released. We are still waiting.

  49. AWFUL! I wouldn’t even give 1/2 a star. This OB/GYN office is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to from the receptionist, to the nurses, all the way to the doctors wife! Absolutely awful treatment today as a 27 week prenatal …
