Piss poor outfit. Only take Blue Cross. Never filed, never billed me, just turned me over to a collection agency. They are so sorry that they don’t even have a Health Grade rating.
I randomly got a bill from the collection agency from these guys and not once ever received a bill from the association itself in the mail stating that I needed to make a payment.
I wouldn’t trust a lab that hires and has employees that blatantly posts such ignorant and false information on social media.
Easy to believe this type of thinking is rampant within the company and wouldn’t trust them with any lab work.
Not sure why I’m being billed or why I was turned over to collections when I MADE you charge my other insurance. I have primary and secondary and you failed to bill either of them. Unprofessional. You will not be getting your $100 from me. L O L
