They had me check in at 6 am with a patient only to tell me I wasn’t allowed back with the patient and they would have an interpreter come. We had to wait 2 hours for the interpreter to arrive. They knew ahead of time that the patient didn’t speak English. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate.
