Horrible customer service. Would not let me deposit a check via the drive through because they closed their lobby. When I asked for a manager they said she’s not working and then refused to give me her information. They left me sitting at the drive-up for over 15 min and never returned.
I would like to thank Katherine and Dwight for responding so quickly to resolve an issue. You both were so helpful and understanding. I am happy to say we have closed our HELOC and we are very happy.

Made up procedures which no other banks use, working with 1980’s technology, etc etc. Bank wanted me to drive 8 hours to sign my tile over as an out of state vehicle seller and when asked for any other options, I was disrespectfully laughed at over the phone. Every 6 months I have to change my debit card information with this bank. It’s ridiculous. I don’t have this issue with my only banks, this is bank. I have had 3 different cards in the last year and a half. They need to put in better software or firewalls. This seriously needs to stop happening.
Don’t ever come to this bank and start a loan absolutely horrendous service and completely incompetent employees.
If you are still using a for-profit bank, then you don’t know what you’re missing. I love ACFCU. Will never go back to a for-profit bank.

The staff is great very helpful. Branch manager Vicente Umanzor is very helpful as well and has helped me with all my banking needs.
