Internet constantly drops out. When they came to “fix” it, the technician blamed the router. We replaced it and continue to have constant drop outs. There is no other provider in the area or we would switch immediately. Paying way too much for 300 mbps as well.

We are unable to play recorded shows from our Armstrong DVR. Is anyone else getting the error message V636-404? We are told through a customer service chat that there is no known fix as the recording itself gets corrupted. There is no estimate at this time when the issue will be resolved.
