Electric utility (MONOPOLY) company that charges you an arm and a leg, and your kidney for their service, and you are forced to use them! Way to further the agenda of the fat cats, and force out hard working locals(that aren’t business owners) Bravo!
My Century Link customer service was someone that I couldn’t understand and didn’t know where Grand Marais was so I switched to Arrowhead for my phone service. I have worked with Kari for a few years with our broadband service and she knows me by name. Better service, friendly service, and at a better price.
Electric and Internet service is good, and because it’s a Co-op, there’s no profit motive. Customers get the price at essentially the co-op’s cost. If you want customer service, you call and talk to someone that actually lives in the county.
