Dr Elfat Rumman is an excellent doctor. She greets greets you with a handshake and a smile. She is very knowledgeable but doesn’t use medical mumbo jumbo when explaining things. I honestly have to say of all the doctors I have had Elfat Rumman ranks at the top of that list.
