We have used them for years with our residential service and we have also gotten big dumpsters from them time to time. We have never had a problem, easy to deal with.
We have left recycling out for over a month with being 4′ away from everything and pushed 2-3′ into the road and called up there and they said that it was not put out, they also forget trash often too and they are raising the price of this terrible service. Me and my wife want someone else and are looking for just that. Terrible.
I come home to notice my trash bin and Recycling bin was gone but I received no Bill, Im not the type to not pay my bills!! I received no bill I assumed I was good I work a lot I don’t have time to make sure they are doing there jobs correctly
Is it even possible to have you guys pick up my trash without breaking my trash can? I’m on the 3rd one now because it seems as if it’s impossible for the trash guys to not slam them to the ground in their rush.
I have excellent service from ARS Refuse Service. The driver is professional and dependable. The office people are knowledgeable and polite. ARS Refuse Service is a good value.

Our drivers are great. My wife and I are 70 and 71. They are very courteous and always ready to go the extra mile.

My dumpster is up to my house, our dog passed and was busy, driver had to pull dumpster away from home when I forgot, empty dumpster when I got home.
