ARTELCO™ began in 1908 and is celebrating over 110 years as an independently owned telephone company. Nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains near the beautiful Greers Ferry … See more
lucky for artelco there aren’t many other internet providers around, because they couldn’t be much worse. the “customer service” is a room of crotchety old spinsters who are quick to anger and slow on the computer. the “technical staff” is …
They charge more than the urban market for what they call ” high speed” internet. They only thing truly consistent about that Internet is the very high rate they will charge. Why are there not more options for service in this area?
Real nice people but still very steep pricing. $60 a month for 6 mbps, but you are required to have the phone service which makes your total $85 (including taxes) for that 6 mbps. Very disappointing but it’s the only option.
When people respond with “This service is Fast and Reliable” I can’t stop laughing. It’s obvious that these people don’t know what fast internet actually is.
Prices are way to High and service is extremely bad I pay for 10mps and only get half of that all the time and I call about it and they tell me it my WIFI , well it’s not its them, I had my $200.00 dollar router checked and it’s perfectly fine……Can’t wait for Petit Jean Electric Company to get there’s up and running….
I just can not express enough how disappointing Artelco internet service is, I pay $97.79 a month for 10 mbps and most of the time I only get 2 to 8 mbps 🤨 and when I call them about it they always tell me it’s my router 🤔 never there side …
THE WORST connection I’ve payed for in my entire life, moved 12 times and NEVER had such terrible prices OR connection. Paying 80 a month for 3 megs on a good day, used to pay 60 a month for 50 megs elsewhere. You WILL NOT get what you pay for, you WILL get bad customer service.
We moved to Van Buren county from a city so we’ve always had larger wifi companies. (At&t, cox communications.) I absolutely love when I call for technical support I always talk to the same people. I had a problem with my router, Kenny and …
I live in a rural area where my neighbors have service with this company. I called 3 weeks ago and was told no problem and waited for service. I called back a number of times to check. The engineer told me he would be Wendy’s crew to do it …
Great customer service. Made it so easy to get telephone/Internet service. She even filled out all of my paperwork lol What’s not to love about that. Thank yall Arkansas Telephone Co!
It’s bad when you call someone n they dont answer you are charged for that call. Then when someone calls you back your charged. It is what you call a company greedy. No wonder why everyone is going to cellphone. Shame on you.
Can’t wait until petit Jean installs internet so they can put these guys out of business, terrible speed for the price you pay, unreliable service that cuts in and out, sometimes internet is down for more than 1 day.
I called for questions about service and the woman that answered was extremely rude. I also think that it is extortion to force customers wanting internet to pay for phone service that they will never use. This company will fall and lose customers based on these things.
So far, so good. I just got service, and the man that came out and hooked up my service was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I was prepared for having to wait a few days before I could get service (to run lines to home). He had me up …
Fast internet
This place is a rip off..
ARTELCO IS THE BEST! AMAZING SERVICE!
Rude staff. Poor service.

Great staff, great service, I recommend them.
Best reliability in our area and great customer service.
Great service from an experienced company. Never have outages!!!
90 dollars a month for 3 MB/s Download speed. A travesty and a monopoly taking advantage of US citizens. This is wrong.
We are very happy with our service and the people who work here are very nice
Rude, prices went up after agreeing to their best plan, no after hours support.
Also, did I mention they’re rude?
If you want internet that is awful and unreliable then here you go!
Friendly staff, good customer service, would recommend to others in the area for all of your internet needs!
Local telephone company has the best local internet service
Pay for 3mbps most times I get less than one lucky for them there are no other options
Horrible company that won’t spend a dime to upgrade it’s service based on a monopoly quite using them years ago

I’ve had their service for over a year and I’ve only been down once and it wasn’t for very long. I’ve been very happy with my service.

When it comes to weather it is very important we have very good connection, stable and fast. Artelco’s connection works great for us!!
Hi, we run a online scanner system in VBC. Artelco is our ISP! We have fiber!! WORKS GREAT!!

Paying $100 plus on my bill and don’t even get the internet speed I’m paying for.
