I love my ascend federal credit union bank.
We have been banking with them for 37 years. They have been great over the years. We live out of state and still do our banking with them. Highly recommend!
Does not help customers. I went to my own personal bank instead and they were happy to help me with cashing a check. Do your banking elsewhere where they are happy to go the extra mile for customers.
They lock you out of your account over the weekend and do not have a 24 hour service to help you resolve the issue. I accessed my online account Saturday but need to access it again today (Sunday) and I’m locked out. There are other things I have adapted to when changing banks but this is unacceptable.
