I have been repeatedly disappointed in their customer service. I applied for a loan and never received a call. HSA transfers are a nightmare and I feel like an inconvenience when I call to ask a question.

Tellers- half do their job/ half do not. Management doesn’t help. In person visit I feel disrespected. Only thing going for them is the credit card and the customer service with them. Remember we do not need them, banks need us! Will be looking for other banks that respect me and want my service.
