They are the best !!! 👍👍 …
Only because 0 wasn’t an option. Waste of time and money!
I thought I was the only one that was being treated like 2 class citizen
The Swansea APG team is amazing, and highly recommend them.
Staff is amazing and work with you at a comfortable pace to reach your goals.
Christy and kaylee were very good and personable and spent the time needed with myself and asked what needs I needed to address… thanks ladies!
APG is more a sales office than a clinic. Instead of providing what works, they’re only interested in selling their hyaluronic acid injections, knee braces, topical cream ($188!), physical therapy, etc. In two years I’ve never seen a …
Years ago APG took care of a neck and back issue for me that was lingering from a minor car accident a couple of years before that. I haven’t had any problems since. I also personally know of several other people that APG has helped and …
the staff is friendly and personable, they are sensitive to your personal needs as an individual. the environment is comfortable and inviting
Prompt, caring and thorough. I went here a few years ago and just today back again. Great folks work here.
Dr. Hodgkiss is extremely kind, listens to what you say, and acts accordingly. I would recommend him without hesitation.
No Physical Therapy there or back braces because I have Harmony. They make you feel like second class citizen although I worked all my life before I was injured and was put on the Medicaid Expansion. Also they do not care if my pain meds arent working. Blood tests $6000.00 if your insurance don’t pay because they do them every visit
The Dr’s and physical therapist’s are great. They have helped me so much with my low back pain and neck pain
I am now off all opioids thanks to Elizabeth Frost. She has worked with me to help me get off all the medications. My mind is clear . I have no more fog. I feel much better. Life is getting better. Elizabeth and Dr John started me back on …
Absolutely money grubbing. Ran every test insurance would pay. Even billed for test where their equipment was broken. Run away from this place. No medical care available here.
I’ve been going here for a couple months and they have really helped me out with my neck pain. Everyone is so nice and always have smiles.
From the second I walked in the clinic I was treated like a second class citizen because I was referred by the VA. My nurse took my vitals then went to the nurse’s station and talked about me. Yes, I could hear them talking about me from my …
All the people who work at APG are very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the PT people and the whole staff. Thanks for the great service.
This place is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and I feel like the treatments are working because I have definitely noticed a difference.
Always friendly and courteous! They take the time to listen and follow up. I know I’m in the right hands every visit. Highly recommended!
APG has been very good to me. The people were very nice and have been diligent in keeping the facilities clean during COVID!!!
I was diagnosed with RA in 1997. Since then I’ve been on pain meds to relieve the damaged caused by the disease. I went to their office in hopes of being treated for the pain. I was told by one of the Nurse Practitioners and one of the …
I wish I could rate a zero. I got a shot from Dr Chami. He made a mistake and ended up hurting me very badly. Instead of taking any blame or making any effort to help ease my pain he told me I was a liar and that the pain I am feeling …
Nursing staff has went down hill in the last year or so. Felt like it was more of a sales of products and physical therapy “12 week” program push than they cared about me as a patient. Lack of communication and review of records causes …
Poor patient care. After receiving injections I’ve been in more pain. When addressing them about it they told me I had to wait until my next appointment and there was nothing they could do about it. While still being in pain I …
Been going here for about 15 years
Have i had some problems yes. But we are all human. They fix the problem. There care is what gets me up each day. …
I was excited to start my PT journey here but the front office did not let that happen. Out of the 4 visits I had scheduled, two of my appointments were wrong time/wrong appointment type. My time is very valuable and because they improperly …
I’ve been going to the Swansea location for a few months and really like the staff and Dr. Davie. I have gained so much knowledge since starting my physical therapy. I was skeptical after reading the negative reviews but decided to give …
Had a terrible experience, two different times. Never seen a doctor and the nurse practitioner thinks she is god like . One nurse sent from other office because of complaints all of a sudden became my problem too. Office plays God with your pain. It also appears that their employees are rating and review in themselves…..
The Physical Therapy team (Sara and Ben) are professional, patient, and respectful. They are also encouraging and fun!!
A well equipped facility with a great staff, from the office manager to the receptionist, they are outstanding. Jessica and Lindsay are a joy to work with and are consummate professionals.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Dr. Tony Chami is the absolute worst physician. His mannerism is trash, his patient handling is the worst, and he lacks SIMPLE customer service skills. Patients come to physicians and healthcare …
While a patient there for 29 months, I was only under the care of nurse practitioner. Pragmatic because they are only license to serve in there practicing state. On separate occasion while traveling, I found out I wasn’t able to fill my …
Beware, there are a few providers here that will take it upon themselves to abruptly stop all medications with zero justification. I mearly mentioned that I may want to speak with OB/GYN high risk pregnancy MD about my current meds and what …
Some of the best Physical Therapy and Chiro I’ve had. A one stop visit to get it all. The medical side for trigger point injections and pain management is exceptional as well, but the PT staff is my favorite. The front desk crew is top …
These folks are amazing! Brad, Mia and Eric? (Sorry) x-ray. These people took care of me and the pain I was in! Hands down some of the most compassionate and caring caregivers I could have asked for. I have tons of respect for these three dealing with crabby, hurting patients.
Look at all good reviewer’s profile and their number of reviews. Super long review almost like AD. It is funny how they tried to rise their clinic’s stars up lol …
I have been going to APG for many years now. They are always attentive and caring and have gone above and beyond to help me when I needed it! I appreciate them and when I have an appointment, I look forward to seeing staff like Tiffany, …
Unfortunately I had to seek physical therapy on a few occasions but fortunately for me I was referred to Associated Physicians Group on one of those occasions. Since then anytime I need physical therapy I make sure it’s with APG. This …
I recently found them from a fb post and I said let me try. It was convenient for me because they offered texting since I’m not a phone person. My first appointment was refreshing and they listed and got to work right away with my concerns. …
I liked this facility and the people in the past, however I made an appointment a week ago for 7:30 in the morning today. I arrived only to find out they would not see me. Was told I needed a new order from my physician which they should …
Hands down, the best quality of life care I have received since leaving military service after 23 years. Pain management keeps me active, and comprehensive physical therapy and combined chiropractic keep me feeling great. …
I have been receiving physical therapy for my planter fasciitis for the past several months with Ben and Sara. When I first started coming, there were times I could barely stand on my feet at the end of the day. Now most days I’m only …
The staff at Associated Physicians Group is awesome to work with. At the front desk Tiffany and Maria always greet you with a warm welcome. Sara, Ben, Jessica and Lindsey are always great to work with in my physical therapy sessions. I …
I have been seeing Pt and Dr Davie in the Ofallon and have been very impressed. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. The PT staff are very educating on what they are doing and the reasons behind it. Dr Davie is a …
after yrs and yrs of seeing them, I had to fire because of one of the NP not listening and prescribing heavy meds that I can’t take. They knew my history, my file was flagged for major allergies etc. got a shot they knew I couldn’t do. I …
Let me just start with, the physical therapist and physical therapist assistants are great. If you go here, DO NOT get the P.A. Brad Sands. He should not be practicing medicine. I had been going there for several months, had several …
Wonderful caring Dr and staff. Versatile treatment plans made specifically for you! You can not go wrong with the detailed visit and experience. Knowledgeable, creative, comforting and healing! Therapy and treatment all in one place! I …
