Seems like a well run company- I’ve missed my pickup a few times and they always reschedule or credit the account. Very easy to talk to, very friendly and relatable.
The customer service is pretty good. But do not sign a 2 year contract with them and do not set up automatic payments. Once you sign that 2 year contract, there is no way to get rid of the service. They will hold you to that contract. The automatic payments bills you for 3 months IN ADVANCE.
We use Associated for a while now to construction waste removal, we are very satisfied . on time . honest . great professionals from the truck drivers to administrative office workers . highly recommend .

On a big emergency demolition job, Associated was incredible. The got us the first dumpster immediately so we could start making the badly damaged building safe. Each time we needed a pickup they were quick to schedule and prompt to pickup. Associated made our job a great deal easier.
