Horrible service, after I had been told I would be seen within 30 minutes I sat for three hours and counting because I’m currently still waiting with no explanation given to me.
I had a vasectomy with Dr. Rosso and company, they were courteous, friendly, patient, and helpful. Don’t let the other reviews fool you…..it is urology after all nobody is going to be thrilled to be there 😀 …
Dr Laki and staff have always been extremely professional to myself and my husband. We are both patients and have had surgeries, no complaints at all. Wait in office is minimal.
I had a robotic surgery done 9-29-20. Dr. Evangelidis listens to his patients and suggests what is best. I would recommend 100% Very happy with results.
I didn’t even get to speak or set an appointment the “RECEPTIONIST” hung up the phone in the middle of my sentence. Just off of that alone I would have to say this must not be a very customer first environment. She might be having a bad day but a customer is a customer.
Went there on Monday, the staff was friendly, and helpful. Can’t think of anything they could have done better. The doctor was on time, the procedure went better than expected. All in all the trip couldn’t have been better. Would recommend this place for anyone.
