I am pleased with Dr. Jones’ service on my wrists. Carpal Tunnel. Received a cortozone shot in EACH wrist. Fingers were numb for a bit – only about an hour. Thank GOD as I had to work in 2 hours. Great doctor!
Dr. Johnson and his entire staff are the best! Had total knee replacement in February and already starting out patient therapy. Feeling great and Dr. Johnson’s team at Merrimack Valley Hospital were fantastic. The other knee was replaced 16 years ago. The technology has changed, but the care from Dr. Johnson is still top notch!

Dr. Pamela Jones treated me, like a number, instead of an individual and a patient. I asked her about the carpal tunnel syndrome problem that I had and she only said to me “HERE IS THE CHART!” She is very rude and very apathetic. I would never recommend people to see her. That is her loss

Time is valuable, for both patient and provider, I think making people wait hrs after there scheduled appointment time is absolutely insane. Maybe cut back on how many appts you fill a day and then it may cut back on wait times. …

It was busy I had to wait about 40 Min. after my scheduled time but time with the x-rays and Doctor Bickley were good and very informative.
