As I understand it, we aren’t helpless here. AUB can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. We need to get as many people as we can on board with this idea.
Quit adding fluoride in our water! It is not a nutrient that we need to consume! Even dentist’s tell you not to swallow Fluoride! Educate yourself people!!
Trying to get in contact with customer service over the phone is horrible. Im trying to get my gas turned on and sat on hold for 2 hours and when they finally picked up they said they couldnt do it because it was the end of the day. Then had to go through the same thing the next day.
Poor service turning electric on after lightning. But if you don’t pay your bill your shut off quickly. Also the water tastes terrible n sewage prices are outrageous and so are their availability fees.
Horrible company that cares for no one and gets away with breaking the law everyday knowing there is hardly anyone financially able to fight for their rights in this town. This company needs audited by the state government immediately. Their prices are outrageous and their fairness is even worse. Shame on them and the TVA.

She has a beautiful personality and I actually left with a smile after paying a bill shockingly enough! Super fast and easy visit with the best customer service I have seen in this area!
