Staff is extremely rude. I inquired about charges on my bill that were inconsistent with the visit and the staff said”I don’t know I’m not the doctor” and refused to help walk me through the unknown charges on my bill. After posting a review, a senior staff member helped to resolve the issue by simply walk me through my bill.
Dr. Hum is the bomb. I would definitely recommend that you visit this office for any colorectal problems. Also.. the office staff is very nice. Ms Adrian is the right person for the front desk.
Dr. Ramakrishnan has been thoughtful, listening, and engaged at every appointment I’ve had with her. I can’t say that for other doctors I’ve seen, so I’m extra grateful to have found this practice and this doctor.
If you need a colorectal surgeon, Dr. Joe Mareno is the guy! Received the best possible care and I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Mareno is an awesome physician whose professionalism, surgical skill, and compassion are unmatched. Great staff as well!
