I went for a new patient visit this week I have to say I wasn’t to happy with the customer service the staff provided. The midwife was great she made up from the not so great customer service I received.
Pretty decent first experience. I didn’t have to wait long. I only visit for annual checkups so I won’t be seeing them a lot lol.
Everyone at this office acts as if they don’t care. I cancelled my appointment I don’t recommend this office to anyone. I sat around nobody checked on me only to be told to come back later
This place is horrible. Everyone has an attitude. The ultrasound lady acts as if she doesn’t want to be there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Who can you complain to when everyone is behaving the same?
Great first visit, wait wasn’t too long with appointment and Dixie was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable speaking with her and during the exam as well.
