Hate to do this but front desk staff is bossy and rude, i was told by phone to be there at 8:00 am when i got there this lady told me i was way early and need to wait outside, temperature was on the 30’s and the transport company have to go, bad experience, being rude and bad attitude have nothing to do with protocols for covid

Dr. Kaufman saved my life. He is knowledge and kind. He has helped me attain remission from Crohn’s Disease. I trust him!

Bad experiences they transfer you from department to department when u call eventually to wait for call backs. I called for lab work couple months back they told me i had to come in to office when i got their they me back another lab miles away. Never fixed problem and they are not takeing appointments
Dr. Kaufman does not listen to his patients. He basically made is seem as though I was making my symptoms up. Even though I have a family history of IBD. I have never had a doctor who has cared for my health less.
