I honestly don’t understand all these negative reviews. I started here about a month ago for Psychological and Psychiatric evaluation and they have been wonderful. The staff upfront has always been pleasant and the doctors and NPs have been wonderful.
Erin Kendleheart is a great psychiatric PA. Idk about the rest of the staff but she’s really caring and definitely listens to your problems and tries to work with you to make the best solution.
The women who answers the phone is SOOOOO rude! She should work elsewhere if she doesn’t like talking to people. Hopefully someone in charge will see this and have a conversation with her to start treating people with respect. I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day but it seems she’s like that with everybody. Yikes!
