I don’t think the rate is really that bad considering the work involved cleaning the water for the public. We really don’t need city water as most of it is tainted with various harmful chemicals like fluoride. Be thankful for a pure clean water system that can’t be cut off for some unknown reason or you can’t pay the bill.
