This place and there internet is a joke…took 3hrs to hook up a modem yes we had one already…then we supposedly have the best internet but need a box to get it to other rooms in my small house..this place is a rip off and will be switching ASAP..I do t reccomend them to anyone..
AES offers great service, a friendly and helpful staff, and competitive pricing. So happy to have a customer-oriented high speed Internet Provider in our area.
Cable channels all of a sudden say unauthorized when it is channels I pay for. I have to unplug box and restart at least three to four times per month. This happens when I’m recording shows on the dvr. They do not offer on demand even …
Loved AES service. I didn’t have the TV so I can’t comment but the internet and phone have been great. They have straightforward billing and don’t throttle down their signal. Always reliable. I can’t say enough great things about Auburn Essentials.
