Horrible experience. Injection in hip. Barely walked in given no assistance walking out. Had to go to different doctor and ER to find out it was my spine causing the pain. Called and told them I was counseling my Monday appointment and reason why appointment scheduler offered no apologies just got off the phone

They’ll let their patients suffer in pain for some money. I called and asked to get an appointment but they said we can’t schedule you until you pay your bill in full. If I paid that and then we paid our bills we’d literally be in the negatives. Nobody cares about their patients.

I recently had a total knee replacement in the right leg and have one scheduled for the left leg in December. It went wonderfully and I walked out of the surgery center on the day of surgery with the help of a walker. Dr. Head and his staff in Aiken do a great job. Dr. Head is thorough in his explanation and cares about your Ortho needs and how to fix them. I would highly recommend him for knee problems as he has performed TKR on both of my knees.
