  1. I have called multiple times and each time the wait time to speak with a customer service representative has been longer than 30 plus minutes was still unable to get a hold of anyone.

  6. Horrible company! I just moved in my new residence and they were unable to provide services due to the fact that they did not have employees available to come to my residence. Unfortunately they are the only company that provides gas services for my subdivision or else I would absolutely go with a different company!
