Received a bill from this group and never received services. I live in South Carolina and these charges are for services performed in Austin, TX. What is going on?????
Has anyone had any luck with these guys? I too ended up with a collection on my report and never received an invoice from the original creditor. Trying to figure out how to handle this one, $150 is trashing my score 40 pts
Avoid this company at all costs. Billing department is a complete disaster, rude and arrogant. I can only imagine the 5 star reviews are completely home cooked.

Never heard a word back. A few months later now, and I’ve just received a collections notice. This practice is a joke.
