  1. If you are looking for honesty, this is not the insurance company you want to go with!! We will be changing insurance companies!! Agents tell you one thing, but when it comes down to it, they were wrong and don’t honor their word!!

  4. The phone mailbox of my agent is always full so I can never get in touch with him. They mailed me a paper from someone else’s policy, complete with that person’s name, address, policy number, and mortgage loan number. Now I’m concerned that they could mail my information to someone else. I’m switching companies ASAP.

  8. Please take your money elsewhere. This company used to be the standard. I don’t know what happened. They can’t keep your account and benefits straight. Twice I’ve tried to upgrade and it just doesn’t get done. I don’t get charged for it but once again I’ve been left stranded thanks to AAA. This will be my last time with them.

  12. AAA is the best car insurance group I’ve ever had. They save me a noticable amount of money and have taken care of me when I needed them. I wish I had coverage with them years ago.

  15. Great customer service and very helpful. I have been a member for 20 yrs. They have helped me with locked doors in the snow, dead battery n flat tire. Also towing my car after an accident from a deer. There employees are nice and quick and helpful when i needed them.
